📦 Shipping Policy – Genfits Premium

At Genfits Premium, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. We currently ship across India and offer fast, reliable delivery with a focus on customer satisfaction.

🕐 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed before 2 PM are typically shipped the same day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a tracking number once your order is shipped.

🚚 Delivery Time & Carriers

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–4 business days after dispatch.

  • We work with leading courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your location, especially for remote or rural areas.

📍 Delivery Coverage

  • We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India.

  • If your area is non-serviceable by our courier partners, we will reach out to you via email or phone to discuss alternative solutions.

📦 Shipping Charges

  • FREE Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a flat COD fee may apply and will be displayed during checkout.

📤 Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking link.

  • You can track your order status anytime from the “Track My Order” page or through your account dashboard on www.genfits.shop.

⏳ Delays

While we strive to deliver within the promised timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Courier partner delays

  • High demand periods (festivals, sales)

  • Incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer

We’ll always keep you informed via email or phone if any delay arises.

❌ Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incomplete/incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Customer unavailability

We will reach out to confirm reshipping or refund options. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

🛑 Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within India only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
